    Default Deleting leads

With the new CMS my agents cannot delete leads - only the admin. I would like to have the agents be able to hit delete on the "asdfs". (rather than email me!)

Also, there used to be a red "X" button to delete a lead, and now you check the boxes and then hit delete at the top. Not a big deal, but it adds a step to the process.

Jim, you can place a work order to get a quote to give your agents deleting privileges.

I understand what you are saying about the red "X", but at the same time, with the new CMS you can check 10 leads and delete them all at once or you can check 25 leads and assign them to a group or to an agent.
