    "assuming you have the traffic"

This is what I'm trying to decide. I'm about six months into my site right now with some decent serp results thus far (Still in sandbox for main keywords). I measure traffic by unique visitors rather than hits. I have been growing steadily every month since I started really keeping track in April. Last month I had 570 unique visitors and this month I'm on pace to have over 700. So I'm thinking I may be at the point where I'm losing traffic because people aren't getting what they want, a realtime MLS search. I currently have a form that they can submit which is then used to manually enter them into our local MLS database, resulting in automated emails being sent to them. I'm only getting a few of these form submissions a week.

Well we took the plunge and I just wanted to give a plug out to mlsfinder. They were very east to work with and got the solution up and running quickly. They do have discounted pricing depending on your broker, in my case it ended up being a no brainer given the discounts. So far I would recommend them. And the maptracks is very cool.

I just got mlsfinder and I am having problems with their counter. Basically if you go over 5000 transactions you get charged more after that.

My counter seemed really high about 1700 after a less than two days. My site usually gets 90 people a day and most dont go past the home page.

First I opened the admin page and looked at the counter. The first time I pressed refresh the counter went up by 3. I thought maybe someone else clicked on it. So I did it again and it increased by 3. Then I did 9 more times and every time the counter increased by three.

So this is where things go wierd. I looked at it again around 115 in the morning. No one new had come to the site in about an hour. The counter went up by 3. Then pretty evenly spaced out it went up by 3 every 3 or 4 minutes. I watched it until about 220 and then went to bed.
