Blog listing manager problems

Hello,

I've been having the following problems with Listings Manager:

1) Mapping is not working for my new listing at 3825 Outrigger Drive (even though the address is found by Google Maps, MapQuest, etc)

2) I can't get more than one photo to upload. The file size for my JPEGs are all under 3 MB each.

3) Can't find where the Virtual Tour URL that I entered shows up with the listing display details.

1) Is this the correct location for 1385 Outrigger Drive? If so, it must be working.


2) Where are you trying to upload these photos? Is it for a particular listing? 3825 Outrigger has 28 photos.

3) I'm not sure what you mean... You can't find the virtual tour link on the view details page?

I think Branden is using the listings manager on the REW Blogs.

Sorry for any confusion. I may not have been clear. My website listings are fine. Just my REW blog listing manager that I was having trouble with.

Branden, this would actually be something to post in the blogs forum near the top of the community, this particular forum is for REW "hosted" blog support, meaning those REW Blogs that are installed as part of your domain not the free ones at REW

Hi Branden,

1.) Unfortunetly, the Google Map API Geocoder is unable to find the listing "3825 Outrigger Dr, Edgewater, MD 21037, USA". Although Google displays the listing on their system, it is unavailble in the service Google provides us.

2.) When you upload the images do you receive any error messages? I tested uploading new listing photos from your blog and everything seems to work fine. Try to compress your photos some more and if no luck, send the files and more details over to me to test (michael@realestatewebmasters.com).

3.) Thanks for pointing this one out! I've updated the listing details page to correctly display the virtual tour link.
