I am seeing this template more and more, it seems a lot wider than most of the old templates, is this a new template? Will I be able to get rid of the "wide hack" if I move to this template?

It's not really all that new, yes we have wide templates http://t1w.rewtemplates.com/?change_...blue-lightblue - it would require a quote request if you wanted to change -
Starting LEC 7 soon but it won't be called LEC 7 - LEC 2012 coming soon!
