I would move that statement to the banner area where it says, "Information and Access now". Replace "Information and Access now" with "BrokerOnCall connects you instantly with local real estate professionals ready to serve you right now." "Information and Access now" is a little too vague. It could mean so many things. It's best to let your viewers know right away, what the site is about.

Can't see too much wrong with your site on the sellers page 3rd bullet : • Utilize the resources of a driven local professional who understands "the your" market and knows what it takes to get the job done should it be with "the" or "your" ? maybe just a slight typing error, apart fom that short and to the point maybe some more text is needed to explain more of what yo do for the laymans out there
