Area pages

I am starting to work on the area pages and need some guidance, either for REW staff or customers that have experience setting these pages up.

I plan to set something like Marc has done with his site (thesarasotamls.com) and here is how I think it would work:

1. set up a main page, say 'delta real estate'
2. write the content and include a table that breaks down the listings by price
3. for every price range, create another page with snippet that pulls the listings within that price range, other variables

Is this is the correct way? Seems very tedious. Is there an easier way?

I don't see any other way to do this, but I don't see it being that tedious. If your looking for an easy way, you could just have REW do it for you
