Default 3 questions before I take the plunge

I have 3 questions before I take the plunge and get a rew website.

1- I work within 7 small towns. If I get a website, is it hard to target all of these towns.
Heres the list of towns if this helps
Bayville, Locust Valley, Oyster Bay, Glen Cove, Muttontown, Brookville, Sea Cliff. (NY)

2- My other question is say I pay for 2 or 3 months of article submission, then I stop until I get more funds. Will I lose the gains I paid for?

3- Is doing my own article submission and seo'ing too difficult for me to do on my own. Say I put an hour in every day

    thanks all

    Guy,
I can't imagine not getting an REW website. I purchased the custom IDX (which I consider the most important thing REW offers) People have actually called me to say they weren't ready to buy yet but they love my search and will call me when they are ready. I also have had other agents sending listings from my site! I also had REW do the first few months of article submission and during those months I studied everything I could about SEO. I am currently on the first page for almost all of my key areas, and I have more than you do...The site and the custom IDX paid for themselves with-in the 1st 6 months

anyway thats how I did it, and it is the first thing I have purchased as an agent where I feel like I truly got my money's worth

I will start by saying everyone's ability to understand and implement high level SEO differs, however it is most certainly possible for someone using an REW website to rank their website themselves with a lot of hard work and time. www.ryanwardrealestate.com is an excellent example of this (Uses REW site and IDX, but does all his own SEO)

    1: It is certainly doable.

2: No - Articles and their effects actually increase in benefit over time, each one helps, and continues to help over time

3: Subjective question see statement above - we have no idea if you are able to do what needs to be done, but certainly we have thousands of customers and members that do it every day

    Hi Eric,

If you'd like more information on article submission, you can request a quote, or ask in the work orders forums.

    Regards,
