    Default Wolf Net?

Anyone use WolfNet for IDX? We have a basic IDX that is provided but I don't know if they can provide more complex services.

Wolfnet is a decent third party system, reasonably priced and the search is quite user friendly.

As to whether or not they can provide more than what you currently have, that would depend on us knowing what you currently have.

What services are you looking for? Have you called WolfNet Service or Sales yet? If not, that's probably the best place to start.

Wolfnet Technologies is pretty good, if I had to do it over again, I would have chosen their services. You should contact Leanne Kinsella with Wolfnet, she is great and probably could answer all your questions.

    Hey Ron!

I just implemented Diverse Solutions IDX. Loving it, and so are users. There's info on it on my blog...

    I also have Diverse Solutions.
Very Nice Windows that prompt user.
Must show addresses though...which I think is a Design mistake, and no SEO benefits because it's a Framed Data Feed.
You also pay a year Upfront.
All in All it's a Strong consideration except for the above notes...maybe better than Wolfnet?

I know a couple of people ventured over to my website to see what WOLFNET was doing for me right now. This is the format that Keller Williams regional (maybe national, I don't know) negotiated. I think we can negotiate from that but I set up a no registration search page so whoever wants to wander over can see what service I am getting.

that is the link...I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post that.

What I want to be able to do is have listings shown on my site by different criteria...subdivision, or price range or bedrooms or etc. and then have that on my site for the consumer to browse. I would hopefully have that even be search engine readable but I think that would mean not being able to IFRAME as it is now. Would that be true and with what I have now, might it be possible to set up what I am wanting?

(I just added this and sometimes teh POINT2 Servers take a little while to update so the page I added it to might not be updated yet)

Hey Ron, we just got chosen based on our site and IDX (REW) to show $3M-$4M homes to a company exec (relo). Last week it was someone else up to $3M. Both claimed our IDX was simple, easy to use and gave them the basic data they needed to start their search without all the fluff. Plus our charm won them over, of course!

Why not just bite the bullet and get a non-framed IDX that has huge SEO benefits. You'll get a bunch of long tail search results as the pages get indexed. One escrow should more than pay for it. You'll eventually want to go that route anyway, so why not do it now?

Man, I tried to get your IDX service quite a long time ago. It was your site that really has me interested in the IDX to begin with. I KNEW the power of the IDX vs what I was using framed! Course back then, that company didn't have our MLS and our MLS had a stick up their...well...
