Trouble Uploading Picture in Listings Mgr

Hi Guys,

I'm trying to upload a picture of a listing using the Photo Manager (Photo tab under the Listings Manager tab). The picture is in jpeg format and is about 2.7 meg in size. The picture appears to upload but then I get a couple error messages. The first is 'undefined' and the second is 'object error'.

Obviously I'm missing something here since this is pretty basic stuff.

Hey Jon,
You should be able to upload an image under 2mb in size. 2.7 is probably too large, so just save it a bit smaller and give it a try.

OK, I reduced the image to 1.9mb (by-the-way, the photo manager does say that images can be up to 4mb) and tried again. It didn't work, but at least I did get a different error message. This error message was about 10 lines of computereze that I didn't understand.

Any thoughts? I would think this part should be easy, but in fact it's pretty frustrating.

I have made a change in the code that should let you upload bigger photos. Give it a try and let me know if you are still getting errors.

Still not working, still getting the same long error msg. I tried the same 1.9mb picture.

Should work now - seems that the file permissions to allow the upload were not set correctly.
