I have had an easy to remember URL with GoDaddy for some time and would like to have it point at our new WP blog.

Thank you Danielle, I have every intention of doing that. I was just trying to make certain what DNS servers to use? Are they the same as for the website itself - ns1 and ns2 or is the blog on something different?

Hello

You don't need DNS servers to do this. What you need to do is a 301 redirect. Here is the GoDaddy Howto
