    Default Link Juice From Zillow?

I was on the phone with a salesman from Zillow today and he told me about the ability for agents to enter their listings onto Zillow with a link back to our website. I'm not sure if this is beneficial to us or not, but thought I would share it with everyone here. If you have 10 or more listings, that's 10 or more links back to your website.

    Any thoughts?

I am actually debating this very thing with the Zillow folks and Greg swann in this post http://www.bloodhoundrealty.com/BloodhoundBlog/?p=2983 currently.

I believe that due to their use of onclick for tracking, the ability for those links to pass pagerank is negated. (I have also offered to help them come up with a more search engine friendly solution )

Thanks for the link Morgan. This is a good debate, I'm interested to see how they will prove it.

    My thoughts are:

Sure you get a link back to your site, but when it's removed, don't engines think that someone removed a link to your site giving you bad PR?
