Assigned agents access to data

In reference to HartanovTeam site...

Guess I am behind the times about my custom lead management system. Just checked out what the agent gets and find out the following:

1. I assign the lead to an agent from the admin panel.
2. Agent gets email with link to sign-in with their password to access lead in database
3. Once signed in, agent can see everyone's leads, manage passwords, or delete other agents, etc.

I thought each agent could only access their own leads and information? Please advise as I don't want to have a revolt on my hands about who is getting how many leads, etc! I thought that each agent would have their own private database, or that was the concept when we put it together. Only Admin would have access to and view all assigned leads and could sort by agent.

Hi Drew,

I just tested it by logging into the Lead Manager @ HartanovTeam . com /leads/ as one of the agents. ( I logged in as Elicia) ... I could only see the leads assigned to that Agent. I did notice that the numbers next to the leads were incorrect. ( I'll fix that )
I'll continue to test this out and see what I can break.

Hi Drew,

I discovered there was a way for the agents to get the the CMS pages from the lead manager. I have added some fixes and did some testing ... From my test I can no longer access the CMS and the other leads and agents when logged in as an agent ...

Thanks, Aaron, appreciate the fix. It now seems to work correctly when an agent signs in.
