    Default campaigns ?'s

In starting a campaign is there a way to have font size changes besides H1,2,...etc?

On the send delay. Are they in days or weeks?
Is the delay for e-mail # 2,3,4,5,.... based off of the start time or do I need to have a several week campaign go like this?

    1st e-mail start ( day 1)
    2nd delay 7 days
    3rd delay 14 days
    4th delay 21 days
    5th delay 28 days

Is the above the way I would do a month long campaign or would I just put a delay of 7 days each for each of the 5 e-mails in the campaign above,
or is there a default or setting somewhere that you can do this?

I did not see anything on this in the tutorial.

The email delay time is in days (from the last email sent).

Another thing to be careful of is the email delay time is from the last email. So, if you start a new campaign, everyone in your selection criteria will get the first one as soon as you go live with the campaign. That can mean a lot of emails for a new campaign, or at least that's how it works for my CMS.

We are just loading stuff in now but have not started it, so that is helpful.Thank you. There is no ? to click on and see what they mean.

Some companies have a start date, ie may 25, 2008 and so on. So it seems each person we put on will be all the same, but that allows for spacing as some e-mails are best at. I wonder if there is a warning, customer getting last e-mail or something so you know they have ended that one and need another or a call or e-mail for checking in? Anything like that? I have probably 200 people of various quality.
