Snippets no longer working

Tonight I noticed that all my snippets that are selecting properties by property type - Condos, Commercial, Single Family Homes are no longer providing results.

All the snippets that just select by city still work.

All the snippets that select by city/subdivision(s) still work/

Any ideas what happened?
