    Default customers missing I think

I used to have 200 or more customers. I only seem to see about 49. How can I see all of them on a page or pages? Have the others just gone missing or am I missing something?

Also how does one see the old data of viewing history before the swap over? I seem to have nothing before the switch over date. Thanks

Also is there a way to preview an e-mail before it is sent out and have default signatures? I still have the wrong default e-mail in place and would like it if my original one was there. thanks

Look in manage groups. All leads that have been previously assigned to groups will be listed within that group.
If you want to see ALL of your leads, new and old, just go to search leads and click search (don't put in any search criteria) and all of your leads appear chronologically (You can view their history when you click on the leads name and choose 'history').

You can't preview emails at this time, but you could setup a campaign for yourself and email yourself before you send it to others What do you mean by default email? Any setting that you want changed, you should be able to do yourself in the backend. Are you referring to the autoresponses?

My default has always been gregg@propertyinsantacruz.com.It is not that now and I have to manually go in and change that each time. How can I have the default back?It is currently gregg@cacoastalhome.com, which was never my default. I suspect you have to change that. If I do,kindly point the right area for me to do so.

In the lead manager, click 'Agents'

    Click your name

    Click edit

Here you can edit your default email

*I thought you were talking about the auto responder default email (which can also be edited in 'manage auto responders')

I went under agents and changed my default, thanks. I am assuming I can do a signature for all e-mails. Is that possible or a work order?
