Address display

Currently on my View Details page of a listing it lists everything but the street number, I am curious if my MLS gives us the full address feed or just the street name. I did see one big local company in my area where every listing shows the full address so I assume my MLS does allow us to show the full address.

That being said, is there any downside to showing the full address? I am curious if less people would contact me or maybe it is an advantage for people who search the full address in Google?

In addition the title of the page for a listing currently shows something like this:


Prince, Anytown Real Estate Listing | MLS# 9999999 (also notice it only says Prince not Prince Rd. which is odd I would think and hope it would also list the street type)

I have seen someone else request this and I am curious if it is better ( for SEO purposes or other reasons) to have the title say:

Prince Road, Anytown NY 12345(zip) | MLS# 9999999

Hi Michael,

While I cannot answer your SEO related questions I can look into the missing street type in the titles and provide an update. If you would like to change the titles to something else - please open a work order thread.

Hi Mike,

I've added the Street Suffix to the address display on your 3 IDX sites. It seems that the address number is not allowed to be shown per the MLS rules.

Aaron I will email you a site in my area that shows the address, they are a big company and also serve on the local board and they never break any rules so I assume if they can show it then I guess they do allow us to show the address #?
