Default Back Button/Link Makes Client Start Search over

I just received this email (and have had a few calls about this). When they search / look at listings and then click "back" it pulls a page that shows something to the fact that the site can not be displayed and they need to refresh and it "starts Over" for them..

    Here is what she discribed:

Hi, I just joined your website, and started searching the MLS listings for areas in San Diego and everytime I look at the full ad. and view pictures I can;t go back to my search page, It brings me back to the begining to start all over. And I even saved my search but thats no where to be found as well? Can you please help me with this.
Is there a way to have this be more user friendly so that I dont have to keep sending them to another IDX to simply search homes for sale?

As always any help is appreciated...

Ok, got it (http://www.realestatepacificbeach.com/). Looking into it.

To user can view favorites and saved searches on the search page (the same page they see when they log in). If you think it would be more user friendly if they had that option on any page they are on, you could request it in the work orders forum.

Cool - Thank you - Sandicor made some Major changes to their Feed - I was not impressed with the way they handled this switch over.

LMAO - You think Sandivcor messed up on that switch... Check this out:
Today SANDICOR succesfully switched over to a new MLS software (Tempo 5)as well - LOCKING OUT ALL OF THE MEMBERS (AGENTS) because they were not fully ready for the switch over... I am still not sure at this moment if I can access any info on our MLS...
