Default message displayed for listings no longer active.

can we change this message 'OOPS listing not found' (http://www.youragentgreg.com/idx/res...0/details.html)

    to something more like this:

1234 ABC street, fullerton (whatever the address is)

This home is no longer active on the Multiple Listing Service.

The OOPS message sounds like a mistake.

Also: the map link ends up like this http://www.youragentgreg.com/idx/res...09390/map.html.

    Can that be changed also?

OR: is it possible for homes that are in escrow, to remain on the site with a h1 of 'IN ESCROW'

and then this message could be displayed for homes that are not in 'Active', 'backup' , or 'pending' status.

1234 ABC street, fullerton (whatever the address is)

This home is no longer active on the Multiple Listing Service.

Sure could - We only keep active and "Back Up Taking offer" listings - so we could so those 2 types. it would however require a work order.

ok. so here is what i want a quote on. can you direct to proper person?

    1. When a home is in 'back up' status, the home info to remain on the site with a big 'IN ESCROW' as a heading. I want only the active homes to be displayed in the searches. but if someone queries an address or an mls# of a home that is in 'back ups' , or stumbles across an indexed page, i would like it to show the info.

    2. For all other homes that are not 'active' or 'back up' to get this message

1234 ABC street, fullerton (whatever the address is)

This home is no longer active on the Multiple Listing Service.
