Problem with snippet results compared to MLS results

How come when I created a snippet to show single family homes in Hollywood priced between $400,000 - $499,999, my webpage shows 35 results, however, when I go to the MLS and search the same criteria it shows 108 results? I can see 1 or 2 being off, but that much? Please advise.

Remove this line from the snippets.

$_REQUEST['minimum_sqft'] = 400;
