Where is the best place to learn how to implement RSS feeds onto my site?

If anyone has instructions for using RSS feeds, please let me know.

I tried to do it myself, but eventually gave up and hired REW to do it. There are two ways to set up an RSS feed on your site. One is using Javascript and the other is using PHP. The Javascript route is easier, but using PHP is better for SEO. I would recommend that you hire REW to do it for you.
