How do I delete a lead?

Sorry for the inconvenience. We will have to try to narrow this down and duplicate the problem. We have tested this in IE7 and FF and WE still see a delete button.

Something very strange showed up when I printed to a .pdf, the edit contact page. Correspondence between the lead and another person. You cannot "view it" but it printed.

Still ne delete button, I use IE7

Can you post a screen shot? I tried it in IE7 and I see the delete button. Are you scrolling all the way to the bottom?

Hi Barbara,

The reason you don't have the delete button is because you are not designated as an administrator. The process for you is to reject the lead, which will then be sent back to the person who assigned them to you for reassignment.

BTW, thanks for bringing this up, because I didn't know this either.
