Roughly, what do you say or ask the leads when you call them?
I am getting a lot of leads with phone numbers, but being new to the business, I am just not quite sure what I should or should not be saying in order to solidify the relationships.
call them, ask if they are working with an agent, if no , ask for appointmentOriginally Posted by Barry
if yes, ask if they have sign Buyers agreement with that brokerage, if no, then ask for appointment. the serious people make them right a way, the
not so sure will hesitate, get to know them by maybe calling them a couple of times.
Remember this is a business, if they don't have a contract with a brokerage, they are free to lure into your business, then make sure they sign the buyers broker agreement .
