We do a number of things, my primary involvement is in marketing and supporting (via the web) a Property Management software package - aimed at the owner-manager. We've got an affiliate program going so we're not looking at link exchanges as much as letting agents earn money from referrals. so webmasters, get in touch if you want to know more.

One of the things we've discovered is that agents tend to cater to the owner-occupier really well, and they are the bulk of the market. They don't tend to understand the property investor well, what their buying motivations are and what the issues are. They tend to try and sell on emotion (isn't the outlook great rather than this will be really easy to let). If any agents want to discuss any of this just send me a PM or start a thread and PM me a link to it.
