Saving searches for users - not saving?

The last 3 searches I have done for different leads are not saving??? I ran the search and clicked on save+search, it takes me to the search results. When I navigate back the search as not been saved. Thanks ~Rita

Did you go to the "my saved searches" page on the left navigation?

No I went tried to add the search from the back end - lead's searches tab. It worked 3 days ago, now it doesn't? ~Rita

looks like I can't save searches again... when I create a search for a lead and click save+search, it takes me to front end search results. the only way I can get back to back end is to back button or open new window. Neither way the search was saved. I do see that I am logged in - I can see my saved searches but they are the ones I saved for us to test... Help, please. ~Rita

I just tried it and didn't get that result. If I just click Save, instead of Save and Search, it takes me to the results. But Save and Search asks for a name and takes me back to the list of saved searches.

Willl you try it again and let me know if it's still giving you problems, please?

Ok, I am managing to save some searches, and what it looks like now is that if I select zip code as the criteria I can not save it (by clicking on save + search) that takes me just back to results. If I do the same with selecting a city and click save+ search it takes me to saved searches. Can you check please. Thanks ~Rita
