How do I Add a New Auto Responder?

Technical Support or Savvy RE Webmaster's Client,

My client would like to add an auto responder to go out to those who fill out the "Email Property" form.

Is there a way to add a customized auto responder for this?

If so... I would need a bit of instruction on how to do so.

You can manage all of the auto responders you already have in the lead managers auto responders section.

To add a new one, like you are asking, it will require a work order and will be billable for programming time. You may post in the work orders forum to get a quote.

Which contact form does the 'email property' use and does that go into the leads?

The Email Property Form is NOT a contact form, it is a method for one customer to send an email to another potential customer thus it is not included in the auto responder list.

This would require a clearly defined work order.
Do you want the form to send a follow up message to that person who was "sent" the property, the person WHO sent the property, or both? Is this message the same or different etc These are things to consider
