Viewing Reports

Are there any kind of reports on the backend of the agents/admin site that agents can see how many views there listings have had? Or any kind of reporting ?

Each agent can use what the lead manager already offers. Through the lead manager they can view lead history, saved searches, saved favorites and track visits. We do not have any kind of 'special report' for property viewings at this time, but we can track which properties your clients are viewing daily.

In the lead manager, when you are in the client details page, click "Listings". This will show the last 20 homes that your client viewed. There is a thumbnail image of the property and a small description.

You can also (As administrators) have Google analytics installed (Just send us your logins) so that you can see a much more detailed content breakdown. (This would not be available to agents)
