I recall reading sometime back that we are able to block certain people from accessing our web sites but how is that possible?
Thanks.

There is not a way to block people from accessing your website from the CMS.
No way to block anonymous visitors. But when I want to block someone who has registered, and I have discovered they already have another agent, or have submitted an invalid email address, I simply change their password to something like: "Access_Blocked_Call_Me_Now!". They have to request the new password be emailed to them if they want to see what it is and log on, and if/when they see the new password, most go away and never come back. If I see that they do log on with the new password, I change it on them again, to include some oddball special characters they cannot easily replicate on their keyboard.
