    Default Search Engines Indexing IDX

I'm having a real problem getting the search engines to index your IDX tables. Not sure why. There are over 7000 active listings in the IDX, the IDX has been there for half a year, and still the engines have not indexed??

I put the main IDX table on home page!! I'm perplexed? Can you help?

The IDX seems to be indexing just fine - please see this query http://www.carolinarealtyguide.com/idx/ - You have not mapped the entire IDX with snippets thus not all listings will be indexed (Nor do you have enough pagerank to pull it off anyways) - but there is no issues with IDX spidered that I can see.
Starting LEC 7 soon but it won't be called LEC 7 - LEC 2012 coming soon!

Also, the local MLS changed my name orientation somehow. My Featured Listings are not pulling as they should from the IDX feed?? My name is Jonathan Edwards Kostyra.

I believe my MLS has changed my office orientation as well. Not sure what is happening but my automated featured listings are not pulling.

Could you include pending and contingency contracts in this featured listings of mine as well. I believe I asked for this put it never got done.

You will have to help me with this. What does pagerank have to do with it? Eddy K got his to all be indexed and his pagerank is the same as mine??

Can you get a programmer to map the full IDX for me or show me how. I tried doing this with Aaron, I believe, but he was real busy when setting up my IDX. I never did get the correct snippet done.

How do I increase pagerank anyhow? Links, traffic, indexed pages??

You will need to request a work order - we can do an IDX sitemap that's XML and one that's in HTML. What you did with me was set up a snippet that showed all the listings: http://www.carolinarealtyguide.com/i...al/greenville/
Which is not a SiteMap of listings.

Could you list a few MLS #'s that are not showing - but should be in your featured listings? Did you want pending and contingency contracts in all IDX search results - or just the featured ones?

    Aaron,

Can you show me an XML an HTML sitemap for an IDX?

What is bugging me is why is google not indexing each listing http://www.carolinarealtyguide.com/subdivision.php on this page. I can put these listings anywhere on my site but they do not get included in google's index base??

Also can you explain the pagerank issue. Morgan, never clarified.

    [QUOTE=panther23;196869]Aaron,

    HTML Sitemap: http://www.coloradohomefinder.com/idx/prop_list.html

    XML Sitemap http://www.coloradohomefinder.com/sitemap.xml
(Except we'd put listing details pages on there)

It does appear that many of those listings are indexed. You would need to consult with an SEO - this is not part of our CSR support.

    Aaron,

What is the quote on the two sitemaps. I want both Active, Pending, and Contigency Contract Listings in both IDX sitemaps.

My featured listings should be pulling all the above as well. But it is not. I have 5 listings Active and only two are showing on my website. I need this fixed quickly b4 sellers start yelling at me.

Can you set me up an SEO consult with Morgan? He is really good at what he does!

    Thanks!
