Very interesting stats you may want to know

Hi all,

Some of you know I am conducting a survey of agents from around the world as of last week regarding the challenges you face and current markets.

Here is some info so far:
85% of agents say their market is suffering a downturn
Yet only 42.9% have not had a decline in income
14.3% are down 5-10 % 28% are down 10-25% and 14.3% are down 25-50%

Interesting, I took the 1 minute survey. I would offer an opinion if not out of place, can you add a link to ask if the agent's are full time or not? I know that many stats on Realtor's are based on ALL agents and many are part time yet they weigh in on survey's that change the stats for all full time agent's, it may be interesting to know income drops and or market share drops or gains for full time agents only vs. just everyone. Just a thought. On #8 of the survey and #9 could you have a quick box to explain "what" the agent's are using? I don't think it would take someone much more time to do the survey if your trying to keep it quick. Otherwise keep the information coming, it's always good to know what the market is doing for the industry as a whole.

very interesting indeed, I've noticed a downturn in the DFW market, but have been able to increase income through different strategies. When confronted with drastic changes in market conditions you must make drastic changes in your marketing strategies
