Hi to you all,

Im opening my brokerage soon and am compiling and building the startup operating systems for lead generation, conversion, customer service and referrals and have most of it pat down, the only thing that is missing are some great and intelligent scripts and dialogues for all these situations when dealing with clients. I do not want any high-preassure stuff just plain old warm-as-a-dear-friend scripts that naturally and softly disarm nad convince people.

What are in your experience the best resources of this sort of scripts and dialogues out there?
