Hi guys...trying to work through the new system and I need a couple of answers/clarifications. I'm EST so I want to know:

1. What time do drip emails go out?
2. If I get a new IDX user today and my first drip email is set go out on day 1 and I don't enter them for 2 days, do they miss the first email set for day 1 or does the clock start ticking from the time I assign them to a group?
3. It says lead. Does that mean IDX registration or does it mean IDX registrations, contact forms, etc...?

It seems that your campaign is not sending emails. We will get this fixed for you and let you know what time of day your emails are going out.

As soon as you assign a lead to a group, the clock starts ticking. They will get the first campaign email 1 day after they have been assigned to the group.

The CMS 2 does not sort leads into groups as CMS 1 did. Click on the leads history to see if they are an IDX registrant or a contact form lead.
