How do I add pics

I am looking for a place to upload pics for my blog post. Can anyone tell me where or how to upload pics?

When posting a new entry - there is an icon on the editor - it's the very last one on the right of the second row of icons. Click that icon and then a window will pop up that you can upload images to your blog posts from.

It is the same as here at the free REW Blogs, Aaron pointed it out - I logged into your blog and the icon was there (It's a yellow button with what looks like mountains and a sun)
