New listings sent to users more than once

We just received another e-mail about user with saved listings getting updates 3-5 times... Here is part of the e-mail...

Thank you for all the listings. I am continuing to check them out and add them to our favorites as we see ones we like. I wanted to let you know that each time you send me emails with listings, I am getting the email 3-5 times, usually with the same listings repeated. Just wanted to let you know, I don't know if you realized there were so many being sent.

Could you please give me the names or a name of a lead this has happened to?

Check that these users don't have multiple saved searches set up - I've seen sometimes users set up 3 or 4 identical ( or near identical ) saved searches - then get an email from each one of them.

There were 2 that said that was happening one is Debi B. - but I think I noticed what happened there - I think she instead of clicking on search, each time clicked on save&search. The other is Jessica S. and yes she has multiple search that are quite close to each other. So, I don't know if she just thought that they were the exact same?
