Custom Market Update Post cards

Has anyone else tried custom market update post cards. I just paid a sub to create a custom post card for different condos and neighborhoods. The advantage is that you get more space on the front of the card to put information and it is personalized to the target clients. I am just now getting the first round out. It wasn’t all that expensive because I subbed the work out over the internet. Has anyone else done something like this and what were your results?

I have done allot of that over the years and still do, works very well when done consistently, to the same people and ask for something back or a call to action - give then ask. I never had luck short term, seems like a 6 month process at a minimum but it does work in a concentrated area IMO. People always love to know what's going on in their n-hood even when not selling they remember who told them we have found.
