    Hello all,
We've been working on a new Semi custom solution for real estate to overcome some of the shortcomings of the current crappy packages out there. We're NOT going to mass market it but rather use it as a platform on which to build for those that can't aford a full blown custom.

We haven't launched it and are not soliciting business. Just want to see what you think of the features. Thanks in advance.

Could you tell me a little more about this solution? I see your site but it kind of appears as a hybrid between a real estate site and a site promoting real estate site services, or did I miss the point?

sorry bro just wanna get more info before I comment, I'm not exactly sure what this solution is meant to achieve
Thanks in advance for your further clarification

To me it looks like a general format that would be applied to the real estate maket for some-one who was looking for rapid deployment, similar features and managed links (good idea btw, one db, one mailing list & control).

IMO, looks pretty good (If my assumption is correct). I'm not sure if you're planning this but if the navigation was fairly standard it would be a snap to add a content management system so clients could update themselves.

    Hey guys,

It's exactly what VRI thought it was. A format for tyhe little guys to be able to get the big features without the cost of full blown development like you did for Jim Messenger. The backend that VRI suggested is already in place but we'll maintain and oversee everything so a site doesnt wind up not being productive. The full blown version has unlimited agent and listing partner capabilities so it's scalable for a single agent, entire company, portal or whatever. Here's one built on the same basic platorm before the last round of changes and upgrades. http://www.boutiquerealtynyc.com/

Leaving content aside since it's still being developed, do you see anything feature wise that jumps out as being missing?

    Default Nice site Rich

Rich-I think the Boutique site looks great. I think the stock banner graphics go really well for NYC too. My only question pertains to usability. I am not sure what differentiates the NYC Openhouse listings page and the NYC Sales page. Overall, this looks like a quality site template that should sell well with a lot of agents.
