    Default Web site review

I would like to have a few people review my site and give me any hints what I can do to increase my google ranking. Any secrets using AA? A fellow realtor use AA and she ends up at the top of google all the time.
    my site www.BocaRatonHomeSeller.com

The other site is www. Marilynjacobs.com. She has a very strong ranking.

    Thanks Jim

I'm not the most technical person here but it doesn't take much to see what a huge home page you have. You shouldn't have to continuously scroll down to see all of the home page like that. Way too much info and photos. In fact, two of the photos aren't coming up & show the red x's. The home page should be easy to load and just an intro to your site.

There will be many here that also feel all those award banners aren't worth cluttering up your home page for. In fact, some of those directories don't help you at all because they use 302 redirects so you're giving them a home page link & getting nothing in return (or worse). You'll have to do some research here on the forum as there have been lists posted on what directories to avoid.
Money Magazine says that Orland Park real estate is one of the best places to live in the U.S. Check out Homer Glen homes if you're interested in living in the newest Chicago suburb. Next door, Lemont homes are the priciest in the southwest suburbs and have held their value, even appreciating while prices in other areas have gone down.

Your page size is too big, you have way too much information on your homepage, and you are spamming some keywords near the bottom of you page.
Read this tutorial about how to target keywords. http://www.seo-guy.com/tutorial.html

    Some thoughts:

    - Not using unique page titles
    - Not using any headers to match the page title
    - The URLs can be more search engine friendly

Links, links and links Jim, that will really help you in google (If done right) http://www.seo-guy.com/seo-tutorial/...chor-text.html will give you a good start. AA sites are somewhat limiting as to what you can do with your internal pages, but your index page can certainly take on the big 2 "boca raton real estate" and "boca raton homes" just dont try to go for 2 much on one page, or you dilute your results for ALL of them.

I would remove the kw spam at the bottom of your page

    I'm referring to

Jupiter Real Estate * Jupiter Florida * Jupiter Realtor * Jupiter Condos * Jupiter Homes *
Boca Raton Real Estate * Boca Raton Realtor * Boca Raton Homes * Boca Raton Condos
Highland Beach Real Estate * Highland Beach Florida * Highland Beach Condos * Highland Beach Realtor
Delray Beach Realtor * Delray Beach Real Estate * Delray Beach Florida * Delray Beach Homes
Boynton Beach Real Estate * Boynton Beach Realtor * Boynton Beach Florida * Boynton Beach Homes
Palm Beach Real Estate * Palm Beach Realtor * Palm Beach Condos * Palm Beach Homes
Palm Beach Gardens Real Estate * Palm Beach Gardens Realtor * Palm Beach Gardens Homes
Juno Beach Realtor * Juno Beach Real Estate * Juno Beach Condos * Juno Beach Homes
Singer Island Real Estate * Singer Island Realtor * Singer Island Condos * Singer Island Homes
West Palm Beach Realtor * West Palm Beach Real Estate * West Palm Beach Homes
Flat Fee Realtors * Flat Fee MLS * Flat Fee Florida Realtor * Buy Owner * Discount Realtor Florida
Home Discovery* New Homes in Palm Beach County* Expert Realty*Help-U-Sell* Assist You Sell
It makes your site look very unprofessional and doesnt help.
Also I would fix all the broken images on your page (Again unprofessional) noone likes to see red x's where pictures are supposed to be.

I have lots more suggestions, but I will let other members chime in.
Oh yeah dont forget to submit
