hi I am interested in real estate and have some questions

Hi everyone. I recently completed 60 hours at a Junior college majoring in just the basics. I took a few business classes and economics classes. I have always been very interested in real estate. I have decided this is what I want to do. On the 19th I will meet with the Business dept. at the University I will be attending in the fall, but I need some answers now.
I have done some research on the internet about the requirments for getting a real estate license and I see that you don't actually have to have a degree. I see that you take courses in real esate to get a license.
I am very new to this and I have not found a list of courses that need to be completed before you can apply.
I have went to the Mississippi Real Estate Commission and see the requirments but have not found the list of courses that need to be completed.

The reason I am in so interested in the courses is because I would like to see if I have already completed some of them.
If someone can direct me to a list of the course names I would be very thankful.

Not sure about your area but in Minnesota it's course one, course 2 and course 3, they are not classes you choose etc but the same format for all new agents. The continuing education is however your choice of classes. I would assume your area has a similar boiler plate type lisc program but again in Minnesota it's as follows:

The program consists of three, 30-hour courses to fulfill the salesperson educational requirement. The first is Course I, which covers the basic principles of Minnesota real estate. After Course I is the optional License Exam Preparation Course. After the exam, Course II and Course III teach you the necessities of doing business as a real estate agent. You will learn real-life scenarios and case studies in teaching you how to be successful in your new career. To see this on their web page go here.
