What would make this site better

I need your suggestions
Ok guys I have a skin basically programmed now, things will be the same forum format but there will also be a left navigation with links to other helpful sections of the website, so what I need to do is find out what I can place in that section that would be a benefit to you the members and of course Our visitors.

Some ideas that have been considered already are

Real Estate Articles
Real Estate Education
Real Estate Law
Real Estate Directory
Real Estate Glossary
Mortgage Calculator
Info for Buying/Selling
Advice to Buyers
Prepare Your Home for Sale
Interest Rates
Market Statistics
Realty Listings

Some of these make better topics for forums then their own sections, but seriously guys and gals I want to make this the best resource possible so if there is any sections or ideas you have to make it better let me know and I will make it happen.

Some of the things that I think would be most valuable in real terms for some of the menmbers, might be a section where they can exchange ideas on their listing presentations, closing techniques, overcoming objections, putting together good listing presentations and the likes.
Real life sales stuff that they use everyday. After all, once they get th leads, they need to convert them into results

With some of the big dogs we have here, I think that would be a magnet for some new member building...

Then again...I could be wrong

Hmm good suggestion, of the things that I noticed in comments is that agents, dont want to share techniques with non agents so they can go out and build lead generation sites, as such I suppose I could make it easier by creating an "Agents Only" forum where you need special user status to enter. Kind of like the inner sanctum but for all agents.

To qualify we could mandate that the agent must fax a copy of their licence or something in order to prove they are an agent, your thoughts?

I suppose that exclused webmasters for personal websites, so some more thought and developement needs to be given to that idea, however some sort of exclusive forum, might foster more trust, and better "Real Estate" discussion.

I would like to see a glossary of the computer jargon used on this forum. Since joining a couple of days ago, I've taken time to read through all of it.

Now I know there's some excellent information on here that would help me improve on my web site .... If only I could decipher it
