Default NEW Site-Input and thoughts are welcome

I have just redesigned and changed providers for one of my websites. Since I already have 2 sites that focus primarily on buyers, I have focused this one on Sellers. Home owners can visit this site and get a fairly accurate idea of what their home is worth but for a more accurate evaluation they will contact me. It is very simple to use.

I can also input my current clients into the back end and have it set up to email sold reports on a weekly basis (or how often I think is appropriate) of the activity in their community.

I am still tweaking a few things as we just made it live last night.

    Feedback and thoughts are welcome.

Justin - cool stuff...for property types, there are just homes and condos. Are there townhomes or other property types in these communities? Just nitpicking...

Justin what made you change? I liked the old site, especially with the 2 big boxes - one for buyers and one for sellers and I think you had all sorts of articles/reports etc. Though this site does look more professional and a lot like the very popular leads sites, homegain, etc and looks good but I did like the old one.

Well I changed because I wanted to utilize the domain name and have a site that focuses primarily on sellers. I already have a couple of good sites that bring in buyer leads (REW site is getting busier and busier) so I thought it wouldn't hurt to have a dedicated seller site as that is what I like to focus on.

    Justin,

I will be interested to see how targeting sellers with this site works out for you. It is an interesting concept. Generally, targeted sites like this get less traffic, but convert better. Keep us posted.

    Hey, Justin.

Nice site! I like how simple it is. Easy to navigate, etc. Plus, very easy on the eyes. Good job, man!

Thanks Nick. Simple it is and one thing I am going to do with the site is to manually enter my current clients that have their home listed with me and I set them up on a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly auto email with the market update on their community and by comparing thier home to similar homes that are for sale and that have sold in the past week,2 weeks, month etc. depending on what I set the parameters to.

Just another tool to use and I will keep you posted on how well it does.
