Is there a way to view all groups in one big list ? That way I can put out an e-mail to all or do something universal? If not ,there should be.

Also how do see more than the 10 or so at a time? I have 200 or so and that is lots of page to sort through.There must be a way to see all in a long page or 2 or 3 pages and I have not figured it out. Some help please.

Yes.
When you create or edit a campaign, send an email, there is a list of all your groups. You can select which groups you would like to include.

how do I see more than the 10 or so at a time?
