Hey Ryan,
I've tested the system and it seems to be working now. I made a new Campaign called Test and a new group called Test. I added myself to that group and then that group to that campaign. I received the emails so the other campaigns should be working as well. Let us know if you need anything else.
Thanks
Hi Matt and thank you. However, something is still not working. I cannot email the agents. I tried to email 2 of them today from the CMS and neither one of them received the email. I had to call them to find out that they did not receive the emails. There are several other weird things going on as well. Let me outline a few of them and see if we can figure them out one by one.
First to the emails...What is happening is I go in to lead manager and to the agent. Then I click the "email agent" link and type the email. When I send it, it appears to go, but, then it switches me to a different agent for some reason. Sound weird, eh? I think so too! so I tried a couple of times and it keeps doing it???? Not sure how else to describe it. Sorry.
Next, the wysiwyg regularly screws up. An example would be when I have something like this:
Website: www.RyaWardRealEstate.com
Then if I highlight it with my cursor and change the text to something like this:
Visit Our Website
and then highlight it, click the little hyperlink button and enter the link I want in the pop up form, it doesn't work. Upon viewing the html, it is placing the html code for the link in the wrong place. This is but one of the issues/quirks in the wysiwyg. Is this an IE issue?
Now, what happens to the 1000's of people that should have carried over from CMS 1 that are already grouped in "MLS Registrations"? Are they going to get drip emails starting from the beginning again or do I need to basically start from scratch and right off the 1000's of folks? They are already assigned to the group so what happens to them? Nothing? No more emails to them? Can it simply be reset or something and have all of them begin receiving the emails again? Not sure if that's the best solution, but it is a solution...
Thanks for your patience and all of your help,
Ryan

Hey Ryan,
Thanks for all the info, I've looked into each of the issues for you.
1. I fixed the Email Agent form, it now emails the correct agent.
2. This may just be a strange way of doing it which the editor then doesn't understand how to properly format it. To create new links I would probably just delete the existing link and make a new one.
3. I've asked Steven and looked in the database and it seems that all those people are in a group, MLS Registrations, which is assigned to you. There are 4 groups called this so I may rename them just to easily clarify what group your working with. Steven says they should receive campaign emails and if the email is sent to them, you can see that it was under their Notes tab.
Hopefully that helps, please let us know if you need further help with anything.
Thanks
Thanks Matt. I'll go in and rename the other agents "groups" so you don't need to fool with it...I appreciate your help.
