    Default Load Times

I have a pay per click ad up on Google and it keeps getting disapproved because "Destination URL Not Working" The page is there, http //www sandiegorealestatebuzz com/san-diego-foreclosures.php but it takes forever to load. Do you know why this is taking so long to load the page? This isn't the first time I've had this problem.

    Thanks.

Just a heads up.. when I try to access the "Read more" link, it goes to your backend/login page.

Thanks Neighbor! Everytime I update a page, it's been doing that, not sure why!

Anyone have any idea why I keep having this problem? My PPC ads keep getting rejected because the page load time is so long.

The Page actually seems to load ok in my browser - but - the query that you have in the snippet there could use some help. It's doing a whole bunch of LIKE searches on the MLS #'s .... which is not efficient.

It doesn't look like Sandicor has a way to pull Foreclosures ... so the only solution I see would be to change that to look for the exact MLS #'s ( rather than it doing the LIKE search) ...

Not sure if that makes sense ... but I think we'd need to set up a project for us to look into this further.

When you say "Like Searches" do you mean the "foreclosure" snippet is searching the same MLS# more than once or several snippets are also pulling those MLS#'s for other pages?

Currently, I'm pulling foreclosures from Sandicor, copy the MLS#'s and put them in the snippet. It sounds like exactly what you just said I should do.

    Hi Joshua,

Sorry didn't get back to you - Basically the query is not efficient. A "LIKE" search is a programming term. The only way I can see to speed up this page is to change the query. You just emailed me that field that they have for Short Sales and REO listings.

I think that we could make this page faster by:

    1) Changing it to use that "Sales Restrictions" Field.
    2) Changing the MLS Numbers to not use a LIKE search.

    Hope that helps.
