I need your professional opinion. Basically, I want to ramp up my referral business.

So, on our web site I created a page that people can see the program and sign up - http://www.fidelitymortgagemd.com/RA/referal1.htm

The question is what do you think of the idea? Anybody tried something link this before? Did it/does it work?

I plan to post the ads on Craig’s List and any place else that people may see it. The summary of the program is:
We are seeking self-driven people to join our team in Maryland and Virginia.
We pay $250 per closed sale, with typical Referral Agents volume allowing for 2-6 leads per month = $500 to $1500 per month for you.
