Keeping track of leads from multiple websites

Hopefully someone else here is in our teams same position. We have multiple different websites developed by multiple different vendors. Our newest being a awesome REW build! Our issue is each of the systems has it's own CMS(REW is the best). Does anyone know of a system out there that will take leads sent via emails from multiple websites/multiple vendors and automatically upload them into a database?

So in summary:

Lead from one of multiple websites(forms on the websites that the leads fill out are all different) -> Emailed to a database system -> System is able to read the email and identifies what website the lead is from, the leads contact info, type of lead, etc. -> System automatically inputs the lead into the database for future follow up/drip campaign.

We are open to hearing about anything!

I asked Morgan if my listingware leads could be e-mailed to a special account and the data pulled and put into REW leadmanager. I guess it was about the time his computer crashed and he never got back with me. Hopefully he will see this post.

I know there are a lot of KW agents (self included) with a wolfnet IDX too.

I would love for them all to be in the leadmanager with different drip e-mail to entice them over to the REW site.

point2 has two systems. One is a national agent handshake where you network nationwide and the other is your listings automatically are syndicated to about 60 companies, IE Trulia....

Hi John!
I'm very familiar with Point2 and the syndication. In fact the listingware IDX refered to above is actually used on a very well trafficed Point2 site. This thread really is about how to take leads from multiple systems and end up with them in the REW leadmanager which we all find to be a great lead management system and eliminating the need to maintain multiple databases or backends.

By the way nice use of the tables on your site for finding cities and communities.

If you are finding leads are not registering on your site like they had been, you will probably be surprised to find that your wolfnet IDX links are going to a page saying the account is disabled. Gasp! Better go check it out.

Thanks for the comments: actually we are licensed in Atl as well. Our business over there is Dwell Atlanta. The New Orleans web is just in the beginning phases. When it is finished, I will recieve your advise on the you will be needing a few more. We are making a full transition in the Big Easy....
