Default Best Contact Management that is not Top producer

OK guys, I will freely admit that i still really don't understand how to properly use the REW lead manager. I am not sure it actually does what I need it to do actually.

Looking for a good contact managment system which has good integrated drip e-mail capacity, and love it even more if it had good relevant drip campaigns that were ether so good they did not need to be customized or were customizable.

If possible, would like to do this outside of Top producer.

By the way this is my self identified weakest point, staying in contact with all my people over time, and knowing what to send to them to keep in contact and be interesting, without turning them off.

    Thanks for your help,

    Jim

    Hi Trophy Homes,

I keep hearing about the steep learning curve and people having to go to seminars just to be able to put it to use. To be honest I likely will end up with TP because there is another product they have that I am thinking about, but to my way of thinking they are over priced for what they deliver. For the prices they charge I should not be hearing about a steep learning curve, I should be hearing that their product is a dream, that their customer support is the best, that it just makes sense, works like you would expect it should not strange functionality and odd ball controls that are hard to figure out.

    am I being over demanding??

Isn't there another one? Constant or Close contact? I am sorry, I don't have a url but I am writing this as I walk out of the office. I think one of those may have what you are looking for.

Jim, don't know if this one has been mentioned before, but I get some emails from them occassionally. On the surface, looks easy and interesting enough for a single agent but I have not had time to check them out. And, not sure of it is really what you are looking for.

if you are just looking for a drip system that is really easy to comprehend and also has a TON of pre-packaged content for essentailly every subject/situation known to man (and also has an easy system for creating your own ads or your own campaigns), you might want to take a look at Xsellerate from alamode.

Has anyone use AgentOffice? Thoughts? Reviews? I currently have an excel spreadsheet that I am using since I'm fairly new... but as points of contact like email, and phone calls happen, it is getting harder and harder to keep accurate and current. AgentOffice is on my short list. Anyone have something to chime in?

These might be what you are looking for, you just have to develop your own content, which could take time. You would want to come up with follow ups for on the fence listings, buyers and past sellers and past buyers. So you would have to come up with at least 48 different emails. You can probably finish half in about 2 weeks. They won't have to be a four minute presentation maybe a few lines to stay in mind, out of sight out of mind.

My partner uses AgentOffice and likes it but she also likes ACT - it seems to be very similar from playing around with both of them.

I used Constant Contact for e-mail campaigns and really liked the feature that shows how many of them were opened up, reported as spam, etc.. Not sure if it would be that great for a complete CRM package.

For me, I want something that tells me what to do and when to do it after I input lead information...to closing.

Also...Now that we are doing short sales, we REALLY have to have every single piece of communication in an easy to pull up online folder for review so uploading transaction files / communication logs with client/transaction details no matter where we are is imperative...

    Can anybody do that?
