Default How I use Voice Broadcasting

I have people calling me asking me for my services. I do not have to listen to all the negative feed back from cold calling.

One thing I have been trying and having great success with is VoiceBroadcasting my property info and web page county wide to other agents and their offices. I have a phone list and I send one out twice a month. It takes my system less than an hour to call every active agent and office in the county. It keeps my properties fresh in their minds.

I have also been using it get a ton of listings by canvasing neighborhoods with voice mail messages that are having a high foreclosure rates or high new listing numbers. I also buy lists. My broadcast system can call 10,000 numbers in an hour if I want. It leaves my message and then directs them to my 800# that I can have forwarded to me or emailed to me in real time.

I did one last week to one those neighborhoods and got 7 new listings and 10 appointments in 3 hours. I have the highest new listing rate by three times of any agent in the office.

it costs me about $50 per 1500 messages. But all the people I talk to have called me asking for my help. Can you see the huge advantage of them calling you vs you calling them. Thats what I call a qualified lead.

If you would like to know what the system is go to (no live urls) That is where I got the system.

    Tom,

Yep, broadcasting works... it's also good to call once you list a house to let the neighborhood know you have a house in the neighborhood... or if you have a buyer that you just closed a house with... to let the neighborhood know you might have another buyer looking in the area. That is the best way to "cold" call without cold calling.

    Jamsww

If you can't tell people what is working for you what is the point of the forums.

It always makes me chuckle when SOME people assume every recommendation is spam.

I guess we should just all keep our secrets to ourselves and not share at all right? Or tell them but not make any recommendations?

And trust me there are Idiot people out there who will dismiss honest intent and legitimate recommendations and miss out on the benefits. Aint America a great place?

And thats ok that leaves more for the people who do not fear trying things out because they really want to succeed.

You can take my advice or walk away you are not required to read my post.

Tolsen, we have no problem with recommendations; but when your first post is something praising a certain product or service, I think it's our right to assume that it IS spam.

Most spammers skip right by the Intro forum and go straight for the self promotional posts.

Yes this is your right but the post is still completely relevant to the topic. I will try to be sensitive too social rules in the future. Even though it is not really my personality. I do not chatter or post unless I feel I have something worth contributing.

A lot of spammers post in the relevant section to what they are trying to sell.

Maybe I'm missing something here, but isn't this the "Telemarketing" folder? I didn't see any company mentioned in the post. How can this be considered SPAM? The post was an opinion on a particular telemarketing technique.

How many posts do you consider socially acceptable before you offer a solution to someone? 3 people have emailed me from this thread asking to use the scripts I have been useing in my broadcasts. I have sent it and an ebook I got on telemarketing that I used to write mine. I didn't sell them anything just gave them what they needed. Why has everyone become so sensitive that that spam is the first word out of their mouths?

A link was removed from Tolsen's original post. And I don't know. I'm just explaining why his post was probably considered spam. I didn't edit it.

Everyone is so sensitive because of the amount of spam we receive on a daily basis. If you're self promoting, or it looks like you're self promoting, then your post will either be edited and you'll be warned.. or you'll be banned. It's just that simple. There is no required amount of posts you need to have before offering a solution to someone. Try and build relationships before you offer websites and such.. this way people won't jump to the conclusion that you're a spammer.

Also, introducing yourself in the intro forum is a great start.. If we know more about you, chances are we will understand your posts more..
