On a built in REW Blog? No - we use categories for this in a single user REW Blog, tags are only required (Make sense) for multi user blogs) - if it's all your content, and you have your categories set up, tags would be redundant.
Starting LEC 7 soon but it won't be called LEC 7 - LEC 2012 coming soon!
