Thread: Lost lead message?

    Default Lost lead message?

This message came through to Josh's email but the client had no activity today as far as I can tell... not sure what would have triggered it? Can you tell by doing some kind of a trace? Thanks

It looks like the lead Robert Wolle went out to 3 agents as it should, and someone other than Josh accepted it, thus a notification went out to Josh saying he missed it - isn't that how it's supposed to work?

    Janice,
While poking around, I realize that there are over 100 leads in the super admin system that have yet to be accepted - at any time, if someone is already working those leads (but forgot to accept them) and then someone else logs in and says, "oh looks like I missed one" and clicks accept, that other person will loose the lead in the system.

I recommend sending out a blast email to your agents inviting them to do a search in their lead manager, don't fill out any criteria, and select "pending leads" from the dropdown, hit search and it will show all pending leads that they have been assigned but as of yet have not accepted.
