    Default Autoresponder Trouble...

How do I delete autoresponders or turn them off for specific forms?

I've gone in the system and turned them ALL to inactive status and they still seem to be going out.

I'm testing another system for autoresponders and campaigns and want to turn these off.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks Josh,

I just tested your contact form and got the auto response that is supposed to be inactive. We will correct this for you.

This still seems to be an issue, actually. When I fill out the Contact form here http://www.realsourcebrokers.com/contact.php , an autoresponder is sent even though it's disabled (inactive) on the backend.

I need all autoresponders turned off.

    Hello

Looks like Andy missed some of your snippets in his fix. I tried the contact form and didn't get an email so I think its fixed now.
