If you are patient, I might be able to hook you up with something better. I have been asked to participate in a focus group doing a study on lead management. The purpose of the study is to compare lead CAMs to regular e-teams as well as incubation tactics. It should be pretty good. I plan on taking a lot of notes and maybe doing a white paper. I have to check it out with the folks here at Prudential first. I will let you know.

Hey lou I would love to see that white paper myself if it was not to much trouble. I am in Houston,Texas and therefore not competition either.

Thanks Lou, I look forward to seeing what you put together. I am having a great percentage of people registar on one of my sites but then have done a poor job of converting them to clients. I could really use some help in this area.
